per la cucina - for the kitchen

§ A very quick post, just to update this neglected blog.
All my buyings at Miniaturitalia have been done for the Casa Rossa, when it will be....
I'm very happy of each one of them but these are my favourites.
§ Elisabeth Causeret's tajine, just like mine.
§ Il lampadario per la cucina di Minipottery
§ The kitchen lampshade by Minipottery
§ The earthware dishes in Wald style by Minipottery. I'm proud of having given the ispiration to Elisabetta for this new set. When I asked her the replica of my favourite mug I'd have never thought that a new serie would be born and it's wonderful.
§ The marvellous cheese dome by Valerie Casson. It's a replica of a Wedgewood piece and it's incredible in real .
§ Un lavandino...per il bagno però !
§ A sink..... but this is for the bathroom !

I just posted a comment on your other blog about your lovely purchases. I have the same dish by Valerie Casson! It is a cheese dome really, but could be used for anything. It is just sooo pretty!

Except for the kitchen lampshade, I remember holding almost every piece in my hand :) (of course the plate/cup set was on a platter). My absolute favourite is the tajine. The cheese dome though, is close second with the incredible details.

I have to be frank, Rosanna, except for the tajine, my real favourites are the pillows and tea cosies you have made. Now I truly can attest to your amazing petite point, so fine they look like print.

I am sitting on the floor of my Ca Angeli's room , stitching my next rug and I cannot help feeling 18 count is way too coarse now. This will be my last 18 count carpet. After this, I will use 25-26 count :). Your work has inspired and push me to do better!

PS: Have you seen anything in the mail from me? :)
